Curry Prawn Soup Recipe



















Ingredients:

3 stalks of Lemon grass
5 slices of galanga 
2 chicken bouillon cubes ( or powder)
   fish sauce (however much you like for your taste)
1 can of Quail Eggs
2 cans of baby corn
3 Potatoes chopped into medium size cubes
1 clove of chopped garlic
2 cans of Karee Curry Paste (Red One)
2 cans of coconut milk
2 large cans of sliced bamboo
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch green onions
1 small cabbage sliced like coleslaw.
4 pkgs vermicelli rice noodles
   Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Step 1

  • Boil Prawns with galanga and Lemon grass along with chicken bouillon cubes or powder.
Step 2
     *While cooking... have another pot and boil noodles and drain.

  • After the prawns are boiling for about 10 minutes, add the bamboo, Quail eggs, baby corn, and potatoes
Step 3
      *While pot is cooking...

  • Take a non-stick pan and add some vegetable oil.
  • fry the clove of garlic until golden and add 2 cans of Karee Curry Paste
  • Lastly, add the 2 cans of coconut milk until boil and pour into pot of prawns.
Step 4
       *Wash Green Onion, Cilantro, and Cabbage.
  • Chop Green Onion and Cilantro into 1/2 inch pieces. Slice Cabbage like coleslaw. 
Step 5
  • Serve and Eat!!! Serves up to 6 people =)
